    §2. Scope of collected data

    When using the Service, we may process the following data:

    • identification data provided during registration (name, e-mail address, location),
    • data voluntarily entered by the User in the profile,
    • data on activity on the Website (messages, events, interactions),
    • technical data (IP address, cookies, device data),
    • analytics data collected by external tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to improve Service quality.

    Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

    1. providing services by electronic means (registration and account maintenance),
    2. enabling contact between Users,
    3. organization and participation in events,
    4. ensuring the security of the Website,
    5. for the Administrator’s marketing purposes (e.g. informing about new functions),
    6. fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator.

    The legal basis for data processing is:

    • art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR (necessity to perform the contract),
    • art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest of the Administrator – security, own marketing),
    • art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR (legal obligations).

    §5. Data sharing

    1. Data may be made available only to entities cooperating with the Administrator in the field of technical support of the Website (e.g. hosting, mailing systems, mobile app distribution – Apple App Store, Google Play).
    2. Data is not sold to third parties.

    §6. Cookies

    1. The website uses cookies to ensure its proper operation, analyze traffic and personalize content.
    2. The user can change cookie settings in their browser.

    §6a. Analytics and tracking tools

    In order to improve the quality of the Service and better understand user needs, we use the following analytical tools:

    • Meta Pixel – for measuring advertising effectiveness and analyzing user behavior (Facebook/Instagram). Data is processed in accordance with Meta's policy. More information: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/

    The above tools may process the following data:

    • IP address (anonymized),
    • browser and device information,
    • time spent on the site and visited subpages,
    • interactions with page elements (clicks, scrolling),
    • traffic source information (where the user came from to the site).

    The legal basis for processing is art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest of the administrator). The user can disable tracking by:

    • enabling the "Do Not Track" option in the browser,
    • using extensions that block tracking scripts,
    • changing cookie settings in the browser.

    §7. User rights

    Each User has the right to:

    • access to their data,
    • rectification, deletion or limitation of processing,
    • data transfer,
    • object to processing,
    • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

    §8. Storage period

    1. The data is stored for the period of having an account on the Website.
    2. After deleting the account, the data may be stored only to the extent required by law.

    The administrator uses appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data against unauthorized access.

    §10. Final Provisions

    1. The Privacy Policy may change. The current version will be published on the Website.
    2. In matters not regulated, the provisions of Polish law and the GDPR shall apply.
